Vertical coiler-winder

For fixed station repackaging of flexible cables, using a cable drum of 100 kg maximum weight.

To reduce efforts, it is adviced to use an axle-based unwinder.

The design of its support, which maintains the gravity centre in the centre iself , ensures high levels of stability.

2 wheels for the swinging motion.

It allows winding on all types of commercial spools (plastic, plywood, etc.)

Max Ø 750 mm

Max width 366 mm (with central hole Ø 82 mm)

Minimum Ø of central hole 25 mm

The coil driving can be done using a drive pin of 15 mm, with adjustable position on a rack (from 40 to 200 mm from the shaft).

 

 

SPIROCABLE winder + coiler version

 

It is identical to the version described above and also allows coiling, thanks to a gavette.

 

Choice between 2 models of gavettes.

The 2 gavettes have an external diameter of 750 mm.

They are made in galvanized steel.

External flange , light and easy to handle (in aluminium).

Quick lock-up system at the end of the cable.

Opened gavette to ease the tying of the coil.

The width can be adjusted upon 3 positions : 130/180/230 mm.

The drum / barrel includes 4 blades.

It is the adjusting of the drum's diameter which differs between the 2 gavettes.

 

ADJUSTABLE gavette

The diameter of the barrel can be adjusted by screwdriving (2 screws on each of the 4  blades) , over 7 positions : 190/240/290/340/390/440/490 mm.

 

Gavette with quick adjustment

Each of the 4 blades of the core includes en indexing finger which allows :

- The adjustement without any tool of the inner diameter upon 4 positions : 330/440/560/670 mm.

- The extracting ("demolding") of the crown very easily

 

Measuring device on the cross-winding bench

 

By a back-and-forth movement that takes place without any effort, it allows you to place the cable coils next to each other.

To choose:

- Measuring device M3 for cable Ø maxi 22 mm

- Measuring device M35 metal or synthetic wheel

As a matter of principle, the measuring of a long product canot be made with a perfect accuracy. It is the user’s responsibility to perform their own tests to identify the percentage of accuracy for the different products to be measured.
